The Capri Beauty Farm at Capri Palace Hotel & Spa is under the helm of the Medical Director Professor Francesco Canonaco and his specialist team. It is a perfect mix of divine spa treatments but with a medical side, as well and the team constantly take part in university research to perfect protocols and personalise each treatment. It is here that the famous Leg School was founded which focuses on reviving and activating blood circulation, increasing metabolic function and banishing cellulite.

His professionally trained coaches provide tennis lessons on effective development of tennis techniques, as well assisting the advanced level players, adults and children, in preparation for competitions.

The unpredictable left-handed Croatian tennis star Goran Ivaniševic turned pro in 1988 and quickly became known for one of the greatest serves in tennis history and a great personality. He was ranked as number two in the world several times in the mid-1990s. In 2001 he made it to Wimbledon after receiving a wild-card berth from the tournament committee. After losing three previous finals on Centre Court and knocked everyone’s socks off by playing his way into the finals and defeating the Aussie tennis star Patrick Rafter in five sets to become the Wimbledon champion. He also won bronze medals both in singles and doubles (with Goran Prpic) at Summer Olympics in Barcelona in 1992.
